1. Services Provided

Gareth Lewis provides psychic readings, mediumship demonstrations, coaching sessions, spiritual events, and related services both online and in person.
All services are for guidance and entertainment purposes only. No guarantees of outcomes can be made.

 

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to book a private reading or any service offered through this website.

3. Payments

  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

  • Payments made through the website may include third-party processing fees.

  • By booking, you confirm all payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method.

 

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy (Updated)

Client Cancellations:

  • 72+ hours’ notice: Full refund

  • 24–72 hours’ notice: Full refund or reschedule

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: No refund

Late Arrivals:
Sessions end at the scheduled time. Late arrival may result in reduced session length without a refund.

Missed Appointments:
Failure to attend without notice is treated as a cancellation with no refund.

Practitioner Cancellations:
If Gareth Lewis must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative appointment.

 

5. Online Readings & Technical Issues

  • Clients are responsible for having a stable internet connection for online readings.

  • If technical issues arise on the client’s side, the session may be rescheduled at Gareth’s discretion.

  • If issues arise on Gareth’s side, the session will be rescheduled or refunded.

 

6. Behaviour & Respect

Gareth reserves the right to refuse or end a session if a client is abusive, aggressive, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs. No refund will be given in these circumstances.

 

7. Event Tickets & Shows

  • Tickets purchased via this website or redirected box offices are subject to the event organiser’s terms.

  • Some events may include booking fees charged by the organiser or ticketing provider.

  • Online ticket sales may close hours before the event—please check details on each event page.

 

8. No Guarantees

Mediumship and psychic readings cannot guarantee specific outcomes, predictions, or contacts.
You are responsible for any decisions you make based on the guidance provided.
